You’ll begin with an initial strategy session to connect with your coach, allow her to get to know you, and clearly establish your goals. Motivation & Accountability – From there, you’ll move into weekly or daily check-ins with Sarah to keep you motivated and on track. Together, you’ll review performance, answer questions, and adjust your plan as needed to ensure continued progress. Fitness – You’ll receive a fully customized fitness plan designed specifically for your goals and lifestyle. Your program will incorporate strength training, cardio, and mobility in a way that supports sustainable, long-term results. Nutrition – Personalized nutrition guidance will help you build healthy habits and develop a positive, balanced relationship with food. Pre-natal and post-partum coaching is also included. 6-Month Contract – Ideal for building strong foundations and creating lasting habits. 9-Month Contract – Designed for deeper transformation and sustained progress. 12-Month Contract – A full year of coaching for comprehensive lifestyle change. 18-Month Contract – Long-term support, accountability, and continued growth.
