My goals for working with Coach Sarah included learning how to better fuel my body to have more energy and mental clarity, as well as strengthening my body to be in better physical shape overall but also to keep up with my kids. I feel like my goals have been supported extremely well. She is very responsive to any of my needs, encouraging when things are hard, and have helped me to understand the connection between nutrition and exercise. I've appreciated her patience and grace as I've navigated new concepts and have felt very supported when voicing any worries or dealing with injuries. I already feel stronger in many aspects!
She's provide everything I need in order to do what needs to be done!
I feel very empowered and confident! I really feel like she is helping me lay the foundations for a healthy lifestyle, so it's becoming more second nature to me now.
I feel Extremely supported. I feel like she has been very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Above that, I also feel like you are a safe space where there is no judgment, only love and positive encouragement, with the occasional dose of needed tough love haha.
I'm really impressed with how well her communication is.
I've definitely become stronger overall. I'm pushing my body to do more and it's capable. My energy has been a lot higher. Before working with Sarah I was depriving my body. I am now listening to my hunger and thirst cues, nourishing my body with more protein, and eating when I otherwise would have skipped a meal instead. I am starting to shed the fear of overeating and gaining weight, taking the mindset of giving my body the proper fuel it needs to allow me to live a fuller, healthier life. I am more accountable and determined with my exercise habits, too. Pushing myself to workout even when I don't feel like it, trying new things, discovering muscles that haven't been worked in a long time! I appreciate all of the nutrition and exercise advice/plans deeply. In the past I have felt tossed in the waves, lost and overwhelmed when it came to implementing new routines, but you have made it easy. I also really appreciate the exercise videos that make it easy to follow along and remember the proper way to do exercises.
Sarah's encouraging nature coupled with her wealth of knowledge is a blessing anyone would be lucky to have. I'm so grateful for the help she has provided me so far, inside and out. Thank you for everything you do!

Sarah has been an amazing coach! Full of nutrition information, weekly targeted workouts, macro tracking and motivation when needed! I came to her wanting to lose weight mostly, but what I have gained in the last few months has been so much better than mere weight loss! My body FEELs better, I sleep better, I'm stronger, my hair isn't falling out anymore and all of this has to do with her coaching! What goals were you hoping to achieve when you started coaching, and how well do you feel those goals are supported?
I wanted to get stronger, finally stop yo-yo dieting, and get healthy for the rest of my life. Sarah is teaching me more than I thought. When I feel guilty, she reminds me of my wins and reminds me of how to change my mind set.
How clear and easy to follow are the nutrition and/or training plans provided?
Very clear and easy!
How confident do you feel applying what you’ve learned on your own (nutrition choices, workouts, habits)?
Oh I don’t think I am there yet, but I know I will be! IF something were to happen where I had to right now, Sarah has taught me enough to where I could, I just need the motivation and instruction still at this point!
How supported do you feel by your coach throughout the process?
I literally feel like she is there for me whenever I need her, and even when I don’t realize what I needed!
How effective is the communication (check-ins, feedback, response time)?
Fantastic! I don’t feel like I’ve ever had to wait!
What changes have you noticed in your strength, energy levels, or overall fitness since starting?
I have lost inches, energy is like night and day, and I am seeing a difference because I can lift heavier and go for longer!
What changes have you noticed in your relationship with food, exercise, or daily habits?
My mind set was the biggest hindrance (still is) for me and Sarah walks me through that every week.
What part of the coaching experience are the most helpful for you?
I needed a coach because I knew I needed someone to hold my hand and walk me through!
What could be improved or done differently to make the coaching experience even better?
Literally nothing
Would you recommend this coaching service to others? Why or why not?
Yes and I have to several people. I NEEDED this. And I think other women do too! It’s more than just “diet and exercise” it’s a lifestyle change that is actually good for you and Sarah is there for me every step of the way.

• What goals were you hoping to achieve when you started coaching, and how well do you feel those goals are supported? When we first started together, I wanted to lose weight, but as you changed my mind from where I was mentally and physically, soon we worked on a plan that would enable me to get better at fueling my body instead of harming it. Over the months that we worked together, we worked not only on eating properly, but also on training my body. I went from underweight and no muscle to a proper weight with growing muscle mass. You supported me to keep going even when it was hard, and I felt weak. You kept me on track and worked with me as I struggled many times with this. You were able to correct the damage I had done not only on my mind, but also on my body. The Lord graciously puts you into my life to help with that issue of health and wellness.
• How clear and easy to follow are the nutrition and/or training plans provided? Your plans, and nutrition goals were well explained and if something came up that was hard to understand, you took the time to explain it to me.
• How confident do you feel applying what you’ve learned on your own (nutrition choices, workouts, habits)? This program has made me ten times more confident than when I first started, I've used this program to help better my lifestyle and better the lives around me as I share what I've learned. I now workout consistently five times a week , and track the foods I eat to better bring in protein into my life, to help gain muscle mass.
• How supported do you feel by your coach throughout the process? You were very supportive through out our whole time together, it was an amazing experience that the lord allowed me to have, and to work through that with your guidance and comfort made it all the more enjoyable.
• How effective is the communication (check-ins, feedback, response time)? The checks ins, and feed back was always on time, and if not, you told me it would be a littler later a few days before.
• What changes have you noticed in your strength, energy levels, or overall fitness since starting?
I've gained my healthy weight back, and built up an incredible muscle mass, I've also noticed an increase in energy.
• What changes have you noticed in your relationship with food, exercise, or daily habits? Food is no longer a fear of mine; I now see it as something that helps and heals the body. Along with working out, and just really any sort of activity, it is now an enjoyment, not a way to lose weight quickly or more affectively, but rather a way I can live healthy, and fully for the glory of God.
• What part of the coaching experience are the most helpful for you? The check ins, you really got to the root of my issues as you asked questions, that really had to make me think, and ask myself.
• What could be improved or done differently to make the coaching experience even better? There was nothing that could be improved , God has given you an amazing gift, and you are doing it well!
• Would you recommend this coaching service to others? Why or why not? Yes, totally! I have to a few people who are very interested! The experience was amazing; the results were long lasting, and earned with amazing hard work, and encouragement.
